Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the USA and Canada. We ship our products to USA and Canada only.

Return and Refused Shipments:

  • Shipments that are correctly shipped but are refused by the recipient, undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or returned to our warehouse will incur a flat $50 fee per item for shipping, warehousing, and receiving charges.
  • These charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items:

  • Buyers have 10 days after delivery to report any damaged items. While damages during shipping are rare, they can happen.
  • Please inspect your lamp upon delivery and report any damage to us within this 10-day period.
  • ELIOS Lamps cannot accept responsibility for damages reported after the 10-day grace period.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Times

Time In Transit:

  • All orders ship directly from our fulfillment center in California and are processed in the order they are received.
  • Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday.

  • We take pride in offering Made in Italy products, crafted with authentic Italian craftsmanship. Unlike low-quality, mass-produced items from factories in China, we prioritize excellence and durability in every lamp we create.

    This commitment means that at times, our lamps may go out of stock due to high demand and the careful attention required during production. Rest assured, once new lamps are produced, they will be promptly shipped to you
