The lamp is flicker free.
The flicker effect is the flickering that is produced by luminous electronic devices due to the use of poor quality drivers, and which is not perceived by the naked eye. The flicker effect can cause dysfunctions on the central nervous system and is not to be confused with pulsed light, as some manufacturers claim to justify the poor construction quality of the products. 

However, the absolute and most significant novelty of the Saturn Pulsar is the PULSED LIGHT mode.

Intense pulsed light offers several potential benefits:

• It does not cause any measurable change in the temperature of the irradiated area at the same output energy density; therefore, it allows you to focus on the non-thermal biological effects deriving from the interaction between red and infrared light and tissues.

• The beneficial effects of pulsed light are due to the resonant interaction with the fundamental frequencies that exist in biological systems. First, the mammalian brain is known to emit waves with specific frequencies.
